Chimay beer comes from the Trappist Abbey of of Notre-Dame de Scourmont in Belgium. The monks have been brewing some of the finest beer in the world for over 175 years.

 Starter Course: Chimay Cheese Plate, Paired with Chimay White (Triple) 

 Second Course: Hamachi Tartare, Smoked Whitefish Foam, Taro Chip, Paired with Chimay Green

 Main Course: Beef Carbonades (Flemish Stew), Potato Croquette, Paired with Chimay Gold

 Dessert: Belgian Liege Waffle topped with strawberries, chocolate & whipped cream. Paired with Chimay Grand Reserve Barrel Aged.
