A very special dinner featuring Scotch whiskies from The Macallan. Guest speaker Kevin Koke with Erdington will lead guest through the tasting of their Scotches Glen Rothes, Highland park 12yr, The Macallan Edition #2 (very rare bottling from 2016) and The Macallan Rare Cask.

In honor of the Edition #2, Ashley's chef has crafted a Spanish themed 4 course menu to pair with each whiskey.

     Starter:  Spanish Charcutier Board

     Second Course:  Pitxtos Matrimonio - Boquerones with chimichurri on puff pastry crisp

     Main Course: Grilled Pata Negra Solomillo (acorn fed Iberico pork) with Mojo Rojo sauce, Pata Negra Porchetta with Mojo Verde, grilled baby bok choy.

     Dessert:Chocolate Mousse Pie & Polvorones

Tickets are $125/ person (plus tax & gratuity)

The Macallan Edition #2:

A creative collaboration between their Master Whisky Maker and the three Roca brothers - co-founders of world-renowned restaurant, El Celler de Can Roca - Edition No. 2 unites these four masters in one spirit.

The distinctive and dynamic character of Edition No. 2 has been shaped not only by the use of seven exceptional oak cask types from four different bodegas but by the creative spirit of each of the four collaborators; combining flavors to reflect each of their distinctive personalities in the resulting whisky.

Come celebrate an authentic Belgian beer brewed for over 100 years by the Trappist Monks of Abbey Rochefort. Trappistes Rochefort 6 (ABV 7.5%) is reddish-brown with amber-gold highlights. A refined, soft spiciness in the bouquet finishes with an intense taste of caramel, fruit, and hints of raisins. Bottle-conditioned with live yeasts for soft natural carbonation, it ages well and can be cellared for at least five years while maintaining quality. Gold Medal winner-World Beer Championships 2006.

Back for the 43rd year, Ashley's All You Can Eat Lobsterfest.

We ship in literally tons of Live Maine Lobsters for our annual 5 day event.  Whole lobster dinners (single, double or All You Can Eat)  Also Lobster Rolls, Lobster Salads and more lobster dishes.  Reservations fill up fast so make yours today!

Reservations for 2-4 guests are allotted 1.5 hours, over 4 are allotted 2 hours.  If you would like more time select a reservation from 7:30 or later.  Starts at 4pm on Wednesday and Thursday, 2pm Friday and Noon on Saturday and Sunday.
